REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to provide the highest quality dog training experience. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our programs, the following policies apply:

1. Refunds

Private Training Sessions: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Group Classes: Once a class series has started, no refunds will be issued. If you withdraw before the first session, a refund may be granted minus a processing fee.
Package Deals or Programs: No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions once the training program has begun.

2. Cancellations / Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule private appointments.
Missed group classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, but materials and guidance may be provided at the trainer's discretion.

3. Trainer Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances, we will contact you promptly and offer a rescheduled date or full refund.

4. Transfers

Refunds are not available if your dog is removed from training due to aggressive behavior or behavioral issues not disclosed prior to enrollment. However, we may offer credit toward a more suitable program.
